Following the major update and launch of the 2026 Bajaj Pulsar 150, which modernized the Classic lineup for the first time since 2010, the brand has now passed the same new design attributes to its smaller brother. The Pulsar 125 inherits the featured fascia, graphics, and premium appeal from that UG 4.5 update, getting a similar bump in looks and features.

Ahead of its formal public launch, the updated 2026 Bajaj Pulsar 125 has already reached dealerships, giving enthusiasts an early peek. A recent video by Machine Rules provides a perfect detailed walkaround of this new motorcycle, showing off all the new styling elements and its refreshed updated design in clear view.

    Inside the Pulsar Family

The Classic Pulsar lineup has always been a cornerstone of Bajaj Auto’s incredibly successful portfolio. Currently, it involves three key models: the semi-faired Pulsar 220, the Pulsar 150, and the Pulsar 125. While the Pulsar 220 hasn’t received major visual updates, Bajaj just last month gave the Pulsar 150 a thorough facelift, complete with a sharp new fascia, setting the stage for updates across the range.

It’s clear from the design language that these similar styling changes have now trickled down to the smallest of the Classic Pulsars, the Pulsar 125. Ahead of its formal launch, the 2026 updated models are already reaching showrooms. So, what updates go with this new model? The 2026 Pulsar 125 gets a completely new fascia with a revised headlight setup. Most notably, it features an LED headlight setup for the first time, making it look significantly more modern than before.

The attention to detail is impressive. Even the turn indicators are now full LEDs, making the Pulsar 125 feel much more premium. The distinctive LED tail lights have been wisely retained, a signature element for decades. These elements, along with others, give the 2026 Pulsar 125 its fresh look. This includes bold new graphics applied to the fuel tank, side body panels, and the engine cowl, tying the whole design together.

When comparing it to the 2026 Pulsar 150, the updated Pulsar 125 notably misses out on some features like split rear grab rails and a split seat. As far as the hardware or cycle parts are concerned, the 2026 Bajaj Pulsar 125 updated model largely remains the same as before. It still gets proven components like telescopic front forks, twin-shock absorbers at the rear, 17-inch alloy wheels, a front disc brake, a rear drum brake, and sporty clip-on handlebars, among others.

    Switchgear & Instrumentation

Several practical features are still present and appreciated. You get illuminated switchgear with a proper flasher on the left-side, an engine kill switch, and a useful cover on the brake lever, among others. The kick starter is also retained for peace of mind. The fully-digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity is similarly retained from the previous model. However, it still lacks integrated turn-by-turn navigation, which is a noticeable omission for a modern dash.

    Bajaj Pulsar 125

Powering the 2026 updated model is the same trusted engine as before: a 124.38cc, twin-spark, air-cooled, single-cylinder, SOHC unit with 2V/cyl. It remains capable of generating 11.8 PS of peak power and 10.8 Nm of peak torque, mated to a 5-speed gearbox. In the competitive 125cc segment, it directly rivals bikes like the Honda SP125 and the Hero Glamour X, among others.
