Making its grand entrance as the brand’s latest entry-level supercar, the Ferrari Amalfi made its global debut in July 2025, stepping in as the direct successor to the Roma. The Italian automaker has confirmed its Indian launch plans, stating the car is set to go on sale in India later this year with an ex-showroom price in the country of Rs 5.59 crore for interested buyers.
Underneath its sculpted hood lies the reason for its blistering pace: it is powered by a 631 hp twin-turbo V8 engine. This mighty powertrain makes the car capable of going from 0-100 kmph in 3.3 seconds. To capture buyers’ attention, the Amalfi offers significant upgrades over the Roma in terms of performance, versatility, and onboard technology, promising a more thrilling and advanced package.
A Design Philosophy: Tradition Meets Innovation
The overall aesthetic is a masterful exercise in combining traditional Ferrari essence with modern sophistication. This philosophy was led by the design team under Flavio Manzoni, who drew inspiration from Roma’s elegant lines while retaining the essential character of a 2+ sports car. It’s this balance that makes the design feel both fresh and respectfully familiar.

Front and Rear: A Walkaround of Key Features
At the front, a body-coloured floating wing has replaced the conventional grille, a bold move that cleans up the nose dramatically. This is accompanied by sleek integrated headlamps and sensors. Lower down, a prominent lower splitter enhances the visual width of the vehicle, giving it a planted, aggressive stance. Moving to the rear design, it features a striking shoulder line and a minimalist tail.
Here, concealed tail lights pay homage to classic Ferraris, a lovely nostalgic touch, while the broad diffuser indicates a serious focus on aerodynamics. A particularly elegant detail is how the rear glass smoothly transitions into the spoiler, forming a distinctive silhouette. The launch colour, painted in Verde Costiera, is a vibrant teal reminiscent of the Amalfi coast, perfectly tying the car’s name to its emotional appeal.

Ferrari Amalfi Interior: A Driver-Centric & Luxurious Cockpit
The Ferrari Amalfi leaves the Roma’s outdated dashboard design behind, taking inspiration from the 12-cylinder models instead. The result is a bold monolithic style, merging the instrument cluster and air vents into one cohesive sculpted unit that clears your field of vision. Key controls are integrated into the central console, crafted from anodised aluminium, which creates an illusion of floating and contains the gear selector, key slot, wireless charging pad, and secondary controls.
Personalized Luxury Options
For enhanced comfort, the optional comfort seats are available in three sizes and offer both ventilation and massage functions with multiple programs. The cabin experience is capped by the optional 14-speaker Burmester sound system, which provides 1,200 watts of high-quality audio.

Ferrari Amalfi: Its Driving Heart
Stepping behind the wheel, the Ferrari Amalfi thrills with a refined twin-turbo V8 engine that now unleashes 631 horsepower, a surge channeled through an intelligent 8-speed dual-clutch transmission for faster gear shifts. This potent core translates to blistering performance, rocketing from 0-100 km/h in just 3.3 seconds and hitting 0-200 km/h in a flat 9 seconds, aided by an exceptional power-to-weight ratio of 2.29 kg per horsepower.
Every drive is a masterclass in control, thanks to the innovative ‘ABS Evo’ brake-by-wire system. For real-world grace, the optional front lifter system operates up to 35 km/h, allowing you to confidently navigate obstacles by raising the nose by up to 40 mm.
