If you’ve ever explored the Indian car market, you know how exciting it is when a major company like Honda, Cars, India, Ltd (HCIL) decides to shake things up. Recently, they announced a significant product overhaul, bringing fresh life to their portfolio. Currently, they are offering three standout vehicles: the Amaze, the City C+ Sedan, and the Elevate SUV, which ranges from 4.2m to 4.4m in the C Segment. Rumors suggest they are also working on a sub 4m SUV, targeting the high-volume B SUV segment, which could make a big difference for city buyers seeking practicality without compromising style.

By March 2026, Honda is bestowing benefits of up to Rs 1.97 lakh, depending on the model. These figures denote the max discounts, which include cash, exchange, or scrappage benefits, along with a loyalty bonus. It’s important to note that these offers vary based on the dealership, city, and stock availability, so buyers are advised to visit their nearest dealerships for precise numbers. From personal experience, checking directly with the showroom often reveals deals that online listings miss, making the effort well worth it if you want to maximize your savings.

    Honda City C+ Sedan Discounts

When it comes to Honda discounts, the City C+ sedan clearly stands out. The company is offering its popular City in both Petrol and Petrol + Electric Hybrid powertrain options, including the City e:HEV. The total benefits on the standard City can go till Rs 1.56 lakh, with prices ranging from Rs 11.95 lakh Ex-sh to Rs 16.07 lakh Ex-sh. From my experience visiting a local dealership, these offers often come with extra incentives, making it an ideal time for buyers looking for a reliable vehicle with strong resale value.

The City e:HEV Hybrid version adds an interesting twist for first-ever Strong Hybrid vehicle buyers in India. Here, the total benefits can reach up to Rs 1.97 lakh, and the pricing reflects its advanced tech with a price tag of Rs 20 lakh Ex-sh. This model can really nudge customers who want an eco-friendly option without sacrificing performance, and personally, I found the hybrid test drive quite impressive for city commuting.

On the Amaze, Honda continues to sell the 2nd Gen Amaze alongside the newly launched 3rd Gen Amaze 2024. The 2nd Gen model starts from Rs 6.98 lakh, while the 3rd Gen model begins at Rs 7.48 lakh Ex-sh. For March 2026, the max benefit on the current 3rd Gen model is up to Rs 57,000, whereas older 2nd Gen models have slightly higher benefits up to Rs 68,000 to attract buyers. Personally, I noticed that these discounts make the Amaze a compelling choice for those looking for a compact sedan with good features at a lower end of the price ladder.

The Elevate SUV also offers significant total benefits up to Rs 1.81 lakh, with pricing starting from Rs 11.6 lakh. This SUV is perfect for those who want a larger vehicle with space and style, and checking the dealership stock is essential since these offers vary depending on availability. From my visits, it’s clear that acting quickly can ensure you don’t miss out on the best benefits on popular Honda models.

Honda Cars India Ltd is aiming for a big revival in the local market, with as many as 10 new car models set to be introduced in India by the year 2030. Among these, 7 SUVs are included, featuring both ICE and Electric powertrains, showing the company’s focus on innovation and variety. The company also aims to turn its Indian production facilities into global manufacturing hubs, which, from my experience following Honda’s strategies, can improve availability and pricing for buyers, potentially enhancing discounts and special offers on both traditional and hybrid vehicles.
